My stay at Hotel Kutuma in Montreal was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and well-equipped, which I appreciated, but its location wasn't ideal for my preference. I had to climb to the fourth floor, and without an elevator, it was a bit of a hassle, though the staff was very helpful with my luggage. Overall, the friendliness of the staff was a highlight for me.
